    Booking & deposits

    A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot. Deposits are deducted from the final service price on the day of your appointment.

    Cancellation & rescheduling

    Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Changes made inside the 48-hour window will result in the loss of your deposit.

    Lateness

    Please arrive on time. If you are more than 20 minutes late we may need to shorten or reschedule your service; the deposit will still be forfeited if the appointment cannot be completed.

    Hair & preparation

    Arrive with clean, freshly washed and fully detangled hair unless your booking includes a wash. For protective styles, avoid heavy oils or butters on the day.

    Aftercare

    We provide aftercare guidance at every appointment. Following these instructions helps your style last longer and keeps your hair healthy.

    Liability

    We take great care with every client, but we cannot be held responsible for damage or irritation caused by undisclosed allergies or pre-existing scalp conditions. Please disclose any concerns before your appointment begins.
