What we collect

When you book an appointment we collect your name, phone number, email address and service selection. Booking and payment is handled by Acuity Scheduling on our behalf.

How we use it

We use the information to confirm and manage your appointment, to contact you about cancellations or aftercare, and to keep a basic record of your previous services so we can serve you better on future visits.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share limited booking information with our scheduling provider (Acuity Scheduling, owned by Squarespace) strictly to run the booking system.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email ccbstudioltd@outlook.com to make a request and we will respond within 30 days.
